Bala was the Group COO of Mercer, a unit of Marsh McLennan, since its acquisition of JLT in 2019.  Prior to this, he was the CEO of JLT’s global Employee Benefits business having successfully turned around the business to achieve market leading organic growth.  He has extensive experience in financial services and a strong track record in delivering excellent client outcomes and efficiency through client focus, process redesign, and digitalisation.

Dominic Burke was the Group CEO of JLT from 2005 to 2019 when it was acquired by Marsh McLennan, and then served as a Vice Chairman of Marsh McLennan. During his leadership tenure at JLT, he drove the business from an enterprise value of £450 million to £5 billion through a relentless focus on growth, service excellence, and people culture.

Imran was the Group Chief Technology & Information Security Officer for Compass Group PLC prior to joining Aptia. He has over 30 years’ experience in senior roles working in Global Organisations including American Express and AXA. He has driven large-scale digital transformation programmes across many countries, working with a wide mix of cultures. Imran has been involved in multiple start-ups and brings a wealth of experience to enable Aptia to utilise the technology and systems it needs to reach its goals.

Melissa joined Aptia following a 25-year career including 15 years at top tier global law firms and roles with major international financial services companies. Most recently Melissa served as Group Legal Head of Strategic Projects at AXA Group. Prior to that Melissa held roles as Chief Counsel for International at Marsh McLennan and Deputy Group General Counsel of Jardine Lloyd Thompson plc (JLT). Melissa is responsible for leading the legal, risk and compliance functions of Aptia globally.

Joining Aptia from Allianz Group where she held various roles over the past seven years (Head of HR & Change - Allianz SE, Global Head of HR - Allianz Partners, Global Lead- University Relations), Roopa has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources. She started her career with Allianz’s greenfield JV in India, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance where she was the Head of HR till 2013. She joined Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) India in 2013 as Director HR and was with them for three years before moving back to Allianz in Munich in 2016.

At Aptia Roopa will be responsible for building the People Team and its capabilities globally across the key regional markets of UK, US, India and Portugal. Roopa has experience in partnering with businesses for rapid growth and scale. Her skills and expertise are in ensuring that Aptia colleagues live and experience the core values of the organisation in order to deliver the same to their clients.

Mike was the JLT Group Chief Operating Officer prior to the acquisition of JLT by Marsh McLennan in 2019 at which time he was appointed as Chief Administration Officer of Marsh International. During his long career with JLT Mike lived and worked in Hong Kong and Singapore for 14 years where he was CEO of JLT Asia and between 2013 and 2017 was CEO of JLT Latin America. He has extensive experience in managing international business operations and ensuring businesses are suitably structured and resourced to achieve their strategic priorities.

Prior to joining Aptia, Vikramaaditya served as Managing Director at Bank of New York Mellon, where he led strategic and regulatory programs across the business. Before this and his role at BNY Mellon, Vikramaaditya also had key leadership positions at Citi, and was also Global Chief Transformation and Administration Officer at HSBC Asset Management and CEO of HSBC Asset Management India.

Aptia India's Chairman & President, RK Rangan is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry across Investment Banking, Asset Management, Insurance and Consumer Banking. He is a specialist at strategic development and transformation of businesses and has held President/MD and CEO positions with large global corporates including Nomura, Lehman Brothers, Prudential, AXA and American Express.

Malcolm was UK Head of Pension Administration at Mercer where he led a team of over 2,500 employees across 21 locations in the UK and India, focusing on further enhancing client services and solutions to improve member outcomes. Malcolm has over 30 years’ experience in the pension industry, including 17 years at JLT where he was Managing Director of the Pension Administration business and before that he was the Chair of the DC and Health businesses. Prior to JLT, Malcolm was a Director at PwC, responsible for leading its Pension Management Consultancy business across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Jeff joins Aptia from Paychex, a provider of integrated human capital management solutions for payroll, benefits, human resources, retirement and insurance services, where he served as a Corporate Officer as Vice President, Enterprise and HR Solutions. In that role, Jeff was responsible for a $1.5B P&L and was instrumental in building America’s market share and performance leader in HR services for small- and medium-sized businesses while also being responsible for driving record revenues in the company’s mid-market line of business and for its global operations centres.

Prior to Paychex, Jeff built a global reputation leading business growth, operations, sales, marketing, client relationship teams and $1B+ P&L’s at Alight Solutions, Aon, ADP, and companies acquired by Rogers and Vodafone. He is a market, revenue, profit, and client relationship builder who has delivered world-class performance across industries, functions, continents, and company life-cycle stages.
